What are the main menu items in the admin area and what to they do?

The main menu has three main sections, a video explaining the menu items is available at the following link

1 - Customer leads
2 - Vehicles
3 - Admin

Under each main heading, there are further links which will allow an admin user to add or edit information within the software.

Customer Leads Main Menu Item
The first subheading, View Leads will allow you to view all the leads within the software.

In the context of this software, a lead refers to a potential customer or business opportunity that has shown interest in a vehicle but has yet to make a purchase. The goal is to convert these leads into customers through strategic engagement and personalised follow-up, maximising the chances of a successful conversion.

The next option “New lead” allows the admin user to create a new lead within the software.

The third option “View customers” allows an admin user to view or edit all customers within the software while the final option “New customer” allows an admin user to create a new customer within the software.

Vehicles Main Menu Item
Again, under the Vehicles menu item, there are four main menu items:

“View vehicles” will allow an admin user to view all the vehicles within the software.
The “add vehicle” menu item will allow an admin user to add a new vehicle to the software.

The third menu item, “View Makes” will allow an admin user to view and add or edit vehicle makes within the software whilst the fourth menu item “View Models” allows an admin user to view and add or edit vehicle models within the software.

In the context of the software, a Make is the manufacturer of a vehicle, for example, Toyota while the model is the manufacturer name of the vehicle, for example, Corolla.

Admin Main Menu Item
Under the Admin menu item, there are four main menu items.

“Edit business” which allows an admin user to edit information about their business such as business name and contact details as well as login and password information.
The “My website” menu item is a link to the Carvadia website for the current business which can be used to promote your website.

The “Training Videos” menu item contains links to training videos.

Clicking on the “Logoff” menu item will log an admin user out of the administration section of the software
